After what many would call a long and tense series between the Montreal Canadiens and the Boston Bruins, the Habs came out on top by the end of the third in game seven. While no team is perfect it's a generally accepted fact that Boston's players are not the cleanest players as can be seen in the incident from 2011 where Chara intentionally checks Pacioretty into the turnbuckle.
Nor are they known for being the most sportsman like players in the league. After the final game when things had been decided and the players were taking part in the traditional handshake line words were spoken by Bruin's Lucic to Dale Weise and Alexei Emelin. Although the players wouldn't comment on what exactly was said the internet denizens did some digging through footage of the handshake line and came up with "I'm going to fucking kill you next year".
Lucic, hearing about the leak, called Weise a 'baby' for revealing what he said in the handshake line. In his opinion "it was said on the ice so it will stay on the ice". Perhaps someone should tell him the games are broadcast?
The full scoop can be read here but it all really boils down to the fact that, for the most part, the Bruins continue to show their true colours under duress and reveal themselves to be nothing more than a bunch of classless ogres.
